A. That one is easy.
On the front page of the web site, directly under the log-in boxes is a short sentence that says "Forgot Password", follow that link and all will be well.
Q. I've forgotten my username what can I do?
A. Ah, first of all give yourself a slap for being such a numpty

A. Easily
Go to the download area and follow the links. But my gut feeling is that you're not just asking about downloading the simple things but:

A. Just as easily as the above point
With one caveat, you need to be logged in to the web site.
Ther's a a slight chance you may still have problems, such as:
Q. But I'm an NMC member and I still can't download member's stuff, what's up?
A. Hmm, a minor problem this.
The web site "knows" you an NMC member because somebody ticks a box in the backend. This can go wrong in two small ways:
- If you've just registered with the site (or have just become a member of the NMC) then its a case of me catching up with ticking that box.
- Sometimes human error creeps in. No biggee just drop me a line.
Q. But I'm a club member and still can't download the Quarterly Magazine?
A. Same as above in some respects.
If you're a club member and have nominated to download the club's Quarterly Magazin, thus getting it more quickly and seeing the photos in colour (and saving the club money), then again it's a case of me ticking a box.
So
- If you're a "downloader" and can't access the magazine files;
- make sure you're logged in (you must be logged in)
- If you're logged in but still can't see the files then drop me a line
If you want to download:
- Get in touch with the Secretary and say you wan to download the magazine
- after that the info should percolate down to me and I'll tick the boxes
- You could speed things up a bit by doing (1.) and then e-mailing me
