The NMC keeps iIn Touch with it's members in several ways.
First of all there is a Member's Handbook which is prepared every year, contains contact details, details of meets and other gubbins and is made available to full members.
Secondly, the club has a long tradition of publishing a magazine with articles written by members about meets, trip reports, etc.: The Quarterly Magazine (QM).
Recently we've been able to receive an eNewsletter (eNews) which is about current stuff, the meet venues in the next two months, etc..

The NMC and it's members have a long tradition of writing articles
to share with members about trips and meets. These meets can be a full
weeks away, a weekend, or just a day trip.
The Quarterly Magazine, as it is now known, used to be called quite simply the NMC Newsletter. The first Newsletter was published in 1945 and this continues today.

|
With the club emerging with more members than ever the eNewsletter was born.
The eNews is a different beast to the QM in that the eNews is published monthly (if we're on our toes ;-) only by e-mail and highlights up-coming stuff.
|
|
Members receive the QM either by download or the old-fashioned way of snail-mail and eNewsletter in their e-mail in-tray.
They are both available to read online, although the online content might be not quite up-to-date with the actual published version while we catch up with ourselves.
You can get to the online versions by either clicking the images above or clicking on this link to the Quarterly Magazine and the eNewsletter .

The Quarterly Magazine
The Quarterly Magazine (QM) comes out quarterly - now there's a thing, eh? ;)
The QM is a compilation of short magazine articles, trip reports, that sort of thing written by NMC club members. The NMC has produced a Quarterly Magazine pretty much since the club was founded, although in those days it was called "The Newsletter".
