YES Jan 86. Notice the snow covered fells. It was -5 and we were heading up to find some ice on Great End.Mike wasnt keen and wanted to go for pizza in Ambleside so said he would jump in if we bought him a pizza.Well he did and much to Rick Barnes dismay I followed. So Rick had to do it as well!!
It was so cold that our feet froze to the rocks getting out
AND we dressed then went up Great End.No pizza!
