The NMC is lucky to have such amazing lady members!

It was brilliant - I was giggling to myself last night when I was scrubbing off the pink nail varnish.

Can all of you who took pictures email them to me on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it so that I can add some to the article. I can then put them all together on the forum so that I can show our fun times (and Sarahs pink ring and Claires pants!)

I think we all managed to do some great climbing too - I was really pleased with my leading - thanks to those who braved climbing with me!
Between us we climbed at Shepherds, Castle Crag and Scout Crag in Langdale. Im still aching but not sure if thats from the climbing or the yoga after several glasses of wine.

A big thank you also to Alison for doing all the tidying on the last day,

I seem to have inherited someones head torch - I think it might be Eva or Sarahs? Also I am missing my phone charger - did anyone pick one up?

Thank you all for such fun! I felt quite emotional when I took off the nail varnish - or the remains of it I should say!! It marked the end of a fab weekend!

Carole, I think I have your charger.

Thanks to Amanda and you for arranging this. It was really great to spend time with such interesting people.

To add on to other's comments before me, Ali, you did a fantastic job in cleaning up. Thank you. I can't get over how chilled you looked when we arrived back - I hope Pete knows what an amazing job you did.

I can't make this Saturday but would dearly love to come to anything else baring commitments. Please please include me. I am happy to lead anytime and to drive - although I did feel slightly the worse for wear on Sunday after Saturday night's fun and wasn't looking forward to the much talked about Crux on Little Cham - which wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be! What a brilliant climb.

Thanks again to all you great ladies and I hope that Shona and Claire's bruises are going - you did us proud!
