Managed to catch sight of our agenda for 2009 by accident. As I normally get the QM through download, when was the agenda going to be posted out or mentioned on the site?

I'd also like to ask again, where the Committee Minutes are for 2008? If for some reason they can't be uploaded to the site, are they available on request, and if so, from whom?

The club rules state that the agenda should be snail mailed to every member two weeks before the AGM.

The minutes, in principal, are available from the Secretary although every committee member will have an electronic copy (unless they've changed the way they do things). I used to to upload them here when I was Scratchertery but I don't have direct access to them anymore. I could have asked for the minutes and uploaded them if I'd been prepared to ask... and ask... and ask... But, in all honestly, I got absolutely nowhere asking many tmes for regular/updated membership details to keep web site access details up-to-date from said Secretary so felt my chances at getting the minutes were nil. You may have better luck.

But there shouldn't be any need for them to be handed to me to upload because the web site is set up so that anyone can upload files to the download area (these uploads are moderated, but in principal anyone can upload all it then needs is admin approval before they are published). To me the fact that the minutes are not made available speaks volumes on so many levels, none of them conspiratorial, BTW, more relating to perception and motivation.
