I am hoping to drive over to France shortly after Christmas for a week.  Mainly looking at climbing ice in Cogne and/or Chamonix areas.  I will be interested in skiing as well.  All things winter basically.  Since it's New Year time.  First time in the Continent to celebrate New Year in fluffy white style, it should be so cool!!!
