RSS Feeds

What are news feeds/RSS?

News feeds allow you to see when sites have added new content. You can get the latest BMC news and access information in one place, as soon as it's published, without having to visit the websites. Feeds are also known as RSS. There is some debate as to what actually RSS stands for, but most people think it's "Really Simple Syndication".

How do I subscribe to the NMC feed?

Click on the links to view, and drag the URL to your browser. You can also click on the orange RSS icon on the news pages (general feed) or the orange icon on the category pages (filtered feed).

Using NMC News feeds on your site

If you run your own site, you can display the latest headlines from other sites on yours with RSS. We encourage the use of NMC Newsfeeds as part of a website, but please credit it "NMC news" or "nmc.org.uk" as appropriate. We reserve the right to prevent distribution of content and the NMC does not accept any liability for its feeds.
