The minimum number for which a booking will be taken is 4 and the minimum charge for the cottage is £30 per night per party regardless of numbers.

All places booked must be paid for. A deposit of half the total booking fee must be paid with the booking form.
Unless sole use has been paid for, remaining beds may be let to other users, or used without prior notice by members of the NMC.
Admission is by electronic key, normally sent about ten days before a visit and returnable at the end of the stay.
Unreturned keys will be deleted from the system and rendered inoperable.
